Choose the Vehicle
Any vehicle in our fleet can go on a monthly arrangement. The per-kilometre rates below are for single trips — a monthly car is quoted as one monthly figure instead.
Why a monthly car instead of booking each trip
If your staff travel the same route every morning, booking it as a fresh trip every day costs more and takes more of somebody's time. A monthly arrangement fixes the vehicle, the driver and the price for the whole month, and your accounts team settles one statement instead of thirty receipts.
It also fixes the thing companies quietly care about most: the driver. The same person turns up each day, learns the route and the gate, knows which staff get picked up where, and is answerable to us rather than to a new number every morning.
What decides the monthly rate
- The vehicle — a Swift Dzire and an Innova Crysta are different cars to run, so they are quoted differently
- Duty hours — an 8-hour office shift and a 12-hour double shift are not the same commitment
- Monthly kilometres — the limit we agree, and the rate for anything beyond it
- Outstation and night halts — whether the car leaves Nagpur or stays out overnight
- Number of vehicles — more than one car for the same company is quoted together
